What’s included in each kit?
Each kit includes a 9" X 9" wood frame, backer board with easy to follow assembly outline, Intricately cut, unpainted wood pieces, sandpaper for touchups, a sawtooth hanger, tip sheet, color planning guide and a surprise craft gift. Everything you need to create a stunning wood quilt block is included, except for the paint & glue, which you can choose to match your style.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
How much does the subscription cost, and are there any additional fees?
The subscription costs is $32.95 per month, with no additional fees for standard shipping within the US. We also offer discounts if you choose to pay for 6 or 12 months upfront.
How does the billing work, and when will I be charged?
You’ll be billed automatically each month on the 3rd of the month. If you choose to pay upfront for 6 or 12 months, you’ll be billed for the total amount at the time of purchase, discount applied.
What happens if a kit arrives damaged or incomplete?
We take great care in packaging your kits, but if anything arrives damaged or incomplete, just contact our customer service team. We’ll quickly send a replacement or the missing parts to ensure you have everything you need.
How do I access the VIP Facebook Group?
Once you join the club, you’ll receive an invitation to our private VIP Facebook group via email. Simply follow the link to request access, and you’ll be welcomed into our community of crafters where you can share your projects, get tips, and participate in fun challenges.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Absolutely! You can purchase a subscription as a gift by selecting the “Gift Subscription” option during checkout. The recipient will receive all the wonderful benefits of the club, and you can even include a personalized message with their first kit.
What if I don’t have much crafting experience? Is this club still for me?
Absolutely! Our kits are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced crafters. Each kit comes with instructions, and our friendly community is always here to help if you need tips or advice.
Do I need my own supplies?
Yes. You will need to provide your own paint and/or stain, brushes, and wood glue. This keeps your costs down and allows you the creative freedom to select the colors and finishes that best match your personal style.
When do our boxes ship out?
Billing occurs on the 3rd of every month and boxes ship out on the 12th.

Is there a way to preview upcoming designs?
We love to keep the designs a fun surprise each month! However, we do offer occasional sneak peeks on our social media channels and in our exclusive Facebook group, so keep an eye out for hints about what’s coming next.
What’s the benefit of joining the club versus buying individual kits?
As a club member, you’ll receive exclusive quilt block designs that won’t be available in our shop for a full year, along with a free surprise gift in every box. You’ll also get a 10% discount on any additional purchases from our website, access to our VIP Facebook group, and the ability to participate in special promotions and giveaways.
Can I purchase previous months’ kits if I missed them?
As a member, you have exclusive access to purchase any previous months’ kits, but they won’t be available to the general public for a full year. This is a great way to complete your collection.
Can I change my subscription plan after I’ve signed up?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. Whether you want to switch from monthly to annual billing or adjust your payment method, simply log into your account and make the changes or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Can I choose the colors or designs of the wood quilt block?
While the design is pre-selected each month and exclusive to members, you have full creative control over the colors. You can paint and/or stain the wood pieces in whatever colors you love, making each block uniquely yours.
What if I don’t like a particular month’s design?
We’re confident you’ll love every design, but if one doesn’t suit your taste, you can always save it as a future project or gift it to a friend. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for specific months, but we’re always here to help if you have any concerns.

Do you ship internationally, and what are the shipping costs?
We currently do not offer international shipping on our monthly kits but plan to in the future. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us.
How long does it take to receive my kit after I subscribe?
Once you subscribe, your first kit will be shipped withing 3-5 business days. After that, your kit will be shipped on the 12th of each month, ensuring you always have a new project to work on.
How do I refer a friend and claim my referral reward?
Referring a friend is easy! Simply share your unique referral link, which you can find in your account dashboard. When your friend signs up using your link, you’ll receive a special gift in your next box as a thank you.
What if I need to update my billing or shipping information?
No problem! You can easily update your billing or shipping information by logging into your account on our website. If you need assistance, our customer support team is always here to help.
