Return Policy

At Quail Street Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please review our return policy below for details on how we handle returns and exchanges.

General Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Return: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss your concerns and to receive return instructions. All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the condition they were received. If an item shows signs of use or damage that was not present at the time of receipt, a return may not be accepted.
  • Customized Products: Please note that customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as these items are made specifically to your specifications.
  • Digital Files: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital files are final. No returns or refunds will be provided for any digital purchases.

Damaged Items

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Be sure to keep the damaged item and all original packaging, as these will be required for the claims process.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or finding another solution that meets your needs.

Quilt Block of the Month Club

  • Subscription Returns: For subscription members, please note that dissatisfaction with a particular month’s design is not a valid reason for return. However, if your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days, and we’ll make it right.
